Our team are fully trained and accredit car seat advisers for all our brands and you will receive the best advice on selecting the correct seat for your child, vehicle and budget along with a full demonstration.
Once you've chosen your seat our team will unpack and fully inspect your new seat to ensure it is in perfect order.
We will then install your car seat for you ensuring that we talk you through each step as we do so, this way if you need to move your seat to another vehicle you'll know what you're doing.
Once your seat is fitted we'll once again show you how to use your seat and allow you time to practice using all the features.
When you're all ready and you've got little one all strapped in our team will run a fit check to make sure everything is as we'd expect and you're safe to drive off.
After you've driven off our team will removal all the products packing and recycle everything so that you don't have to fill up your wheelie bin at home.
Later down the road should you need any assistance with your item you can simply pop back and our team will gladly assist.
Due to the cost of offering this service we can only offer it for free when we are not matching online or other store prices. As you will appreciate, when you chose to buy online you are opting for a potentially lower price at the cost of service - as a small business we would love to offer a price match and still earn enough to allow us to fund all the extra benefits that buying in store allows, but sadly we are seeing prices so low it's hard to understand how these online stores can remain sustainable. We will gladly match another retailers price - but they will never match our service. We feel that a small fee of £5.95 is nothing compared to the benefits we offer, should a customer not feel this is a reasonable fee to pay we will gladly price match and supply a sealed box ready for self installation - as would be the case online. Free fitting will be offered on items purchased on promotional periods - Only when we are reducing our sale price in order to match another retailer will free fitting not be included.
