Check your diary and decide when you want to collect - we offer collections 7 days a week.

Remember we need notice

As we store everything offsite we need 24 hours of collection.

Call the store

Call the store on 01482 329514 during our normal opening hours

You'll need your Account Number

This is the account number on your receipts and will be in the text message you received.

Pay your balance

You can pay any outstanding balance when you collect or whilst you're on the phone arranging your collection.

Appointment booked

Our team will book your collection in our diary and your goods will be ready for you when you arrive.

VERY IMPORTANT COLLECTION INFORMATION!

As we do not store goods on site we require notice of collection, we appreciate this causes a small amount of inconvenience but due to the level of stock we hold and in order for us to maximise our display area we must use an off site warehouse. *** Collection of goods Monday - Saturday *** We require 24 hours notice most days in order to ensure your goods are ready and available for collection at the store. This is particularly important busy times, such as weekends and bank holidays. During quitter times we may be able to accommodate immediate or same day collection, our team will advise when you call the arrange collection. *** Collection of goods Sunday *** As we do not have our warehouse team available on a Sunday your goods will be brought to the store on Saturday instead. As a result we require any requests to collect goods on a Sunday to be made no later than the Friday. After this time we may be unable to retrieve your goods in order to collect on the Sunday.

VERY IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION!

*** LOCAL DELIVERY (All HU post codes excluding HU12, 15, 17 and 19) *** Your goods will be delivered by ourselves and will not be delivered by our courier. Please note that as a result of this you may experience delays due to delivery constraints. Should you require your goods immediately it is recommended that you collect in order to avoid any possible delays. *** NONE-LOCAL DELIVERY *** Your items will be delivered by our couriers APC Overnight. We will supply them with both your mobile and email address in order for them to provide tracking information ONLY. We are only able to ship to the address used at the time of order. If you have changed address or require goods to be delivered to an address not stated on your order we will require you to email us at store@pramland.co.uk stating your account number and details of your new address - this email must be sent using the email account used at the time of order.
