We've been working hard to ensure we keep you, and our team safe when you visit us for your personal shopper appointment, here's all the details you'll need to know.

Appointments

Until further notice our store will be re-opening on an appointment only basis. Appointments will allow us to ensure we can limit the number of customers in our store and as a result mean we can keep all involved safer.

Walk-in days

For customers not wanting to book an appointment we are offering Walk-In days Monday - Thursday. See our FAQ for full details.

***Walk-ins days will not be avaialble before Monday 17th May, up to this date we will be operating as appointment only 7 days a week. Customers with booked appointments will be given priority to the store during busier times.***

Social Distancing

By limiting the number of people in the store we can ensure we meet social distancing requirements. We've placed large reminders around our store just in case you keep forgetting. During busy times (like the weekend) each customer will be designated a "demonstration area" meaning we can keep you and our team safe.

Please keep 2m apart from our team and other customers when in the store.

Face masks

In line with government regulations ALL customers are required to wear a face mask when in the store. We will not allow access to the store without a face mask. in line with the latest guidelines from 24th Sept our team will also wear face masks at all times too.

If you are exempt you may be requested to provide evidence.

Avoid Groups

To minimise the number of customers in the store we are limiting customers to just parents to be for the time being. During less busy periods we may be able to accommodate 4 per party but this is dependent upon appointments in the store.

Please remember the governments guidelines on households mixing.

Queuing

Should you visit us during one of our Walk-In mornings we will ask you to stay in your car until we can accommodate you safely.

Hand Sanitizer

When you visit us we will supply hand sanitizer when you enter the store, should you prefer you are welcome to visit us with your own supply. All we ask is that you don't touch anything until you've either sanitized your hands or put on some gloves.

Washing Our Hands

We are encouraging our team to wash their hands at regular intervals and after every interaction with others or items delivered in to the store.

Cleaning The Store

We clean our store every morning before any appointments. We will also clean every item that has been touched or demonstrated. We will gladly clean an item before you touch it should you request.

To help with ensuring the store is clean we operate a "no touch policy" in the store.

Collection Of Goods

We are operating a Contactless Collection service in the store. Please call the store to arrange collection of in stock items.

Please do not book an appointment on our booking system to collect goods - we operate a separate calendar for collections. Our team will do this for you when you call.

Zoom Appointments
